Engaged by an international bank to work with the Group Head of Wholesale Banking to design the job architecture required to deliver the Target Operating Model.

The job architecture focused on defining the job families, job levels, job titling conventions and job accountabilities for the hierarchy of jobs within the Wholesale Banking function. The process of designing the job architecture was highly participative. It included senior management engagement through meetings and interviews, skills transfer by joint Vivant and client working teams, and buy-in from workshops involving representatives from global head office and local business teams.

The job architecture brought the Target Operating Model to life by providing the foundation for effective people management processes, including performance management, recruitment, learning and development, career management, workforce planning and succession planning.
