If you do, you are pretty rare. Most people do not enjoy change and there is a direct correlation between change and stress. Yet it doesn’t have to be traumatic.

Change works well when it is clearly defined, makes sense to everyone in the organisation (even if they don’t like the thought of it) and there are those who are able to take others along with them on the journey.
