Vivant Limited is committed to processing personal data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. This requires that personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly, securely, and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals, and that it is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

Our work in HR consulting requires us to collect personal data to provide our services; this is restricted to those data needed to execute contracts with our clients. Shortly after the end of each contract these data are normally destroyed. Exceptionally, we will retain data for longer term research purposes, and explicit permission will be sought and obtained when we do this.

As part of normal business activities, we also acquire personal data about our employees, our clients, and our suppliers. This is restricted to those data needed to conduct normal business relationships, and to meet legal and contractual requirements.

If any of our working colleagues, or individuals working with our clients or our suppliers, wish to see any data that we hold about them, we will provide it in a timely manner. If any inaccuracies are identified, we will correct them.

By using this website or submitting any personal information to Vivant Consulting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this privacy policy.

3) Personal information is gathered and managed by Vivant Consulting in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR. Vivant Consulting endeavours to keep all personal information up to date, and manages appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personal information we hold.

4) If Vivant Consulting holds your contact details, we will use them only for contacting you in connection with any enquiry or other request you have made.

5) Vivant Consulting will not sell or transfer your contact details on to third parties, except if required to by law.

9) Vivant Consulting uses only cookies of Category 1 (strictly necessary) and Category 2 (performance) which are anonymous and aggregated. No personal data is stored or tracked. Category 3 (functionality) and Category 4 (targeting or advertising) cookies are not used on this website. By using our website, you agree that we can place these types of cookies on your device.
