Embedding New Ways Of Working

We were engaged by a communications function of a large global company.

Working directly with the Global Head, we identified the key changes that were expected of their people and led a programme to embed these working practices into the day-to-day activities of all. We used a capability framework to articulate the ways of working, ensured everything was observable and measurable and then attached these to each role.

The function was transformed and were delivering a service to the rest of the organisation as defined and envisioned by the Global Head and SLT.
