Capabilities

Engaged by a global insurance company to develop a single, global capability framework that would provide a consistent method of describing and measuring people capabilities across every function in the company.

We worked closely with our client to design, build, test and embed a framework of core, common and technical capabilities that could be applied to roles and used to support most people management processes. The framework provided clear standards of performance that were simple to understand in a multi-national environment, but flexible enough to cope with varying shapes and sizes of business.

The overall result was alignment of individual performance to strategic objectives, consistency across global, regional and local work levels, embedding of new ways of working, and uplifting of overall performance.
